Giuseppe Totino Managing by Coaching Modular Program is designed to develop the team leaders’ coaching skills for managing teams and reach great results with a great team. The program comprises three stand-alone training and development modules, that are designed to give both the knowledge and plenty of coaching practice, so that team leaders from day one are able to apply at work what they learn at the training.

About the course

Modules can be taken separately to address specific learning needs, or can be combined to have a comprehensive learning experience. The impact of two or three days of Giuseppe Totino programs on leaders effectiveness is profound.
